The OMBUDSMAN Committee serves as an independent, impartial, and confidential resource for addressing concerns and resolving disputes within the institution.

Functions of OMBUDSMAN Committee:

• Provide confidential and informal assistance in resolving disputes
• Act as a neutral third party to facilitate communication
• Identify patterns of problems and recommend systemic changes
• Ensure fair treatment and due process for all parties
• Maintain independence and impartiality in all proceedings
